Matthew Matt James is a North Carolina native born on 5 December, 1991. He is the son of Manny and Patty James and is of mixed race. His father is Nigerian while his mother is caucasian American. His father is Nigerian and his mother caucasian American. He was a graduate of Sanderson High School in 2010, then went on to Wake Forest University, where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Economics in 2015. James gained fame when his role as a reality TV participant on The Bachelorette. The Bachelorette's 25th season would premiere in 2021. In 2020 James made history as The only African American man lead. James would be a perfect match to play the role because is tall, beautiful and hilarious. Rachael Krakconnell, who James had picked as his girlfriend to date throughout the season. In the following year, 2021, he got a partner with the renowned dancer Arnold in season 30 of Dancing with the Stars. James and Arnold finished 12th place.
