Maggie Grace, born Margaret Grace Denig on 21 September, 1983 in Worthington Ohio, is an American actress. She is famous for her roles as Shannon Rutherford and Kim Mills and Kim Mills on ABC's Lost TV show. Following the divorce of her parents, she left Worthington Ohio in order to settle in Los Angeles. As she struggled financially, she was able to land her first acting gig as the title character in the web-based video series Rachel's Room in 2001. In 2002 she was nominated to receive an Young Artist Award with her part as the 15-year-old murder victim Martha Moxley. In 2004 Grace was chosen to play Shannon Rutherford in the television show Lost where she acted as a principal cast member for the first two seasons, and was awarded an Screen Actors Guild Award shared by the entire cast.
